Technical Proceeding Services

Seamless Technology. Courtroom-Caliber Quality.

Our remote and hybrid videography solutions don’t just meet expectations — they exceed courtroom standards. Using state-of-the-art recording equipment and crystal-clear audio, we bring the precision of in-person proceedings to virtual environments. No lag. No distortion. Just flawless, admissible footage every single time — whether you’re on Zoom, WebEx, or a custom legal platform.

Nationwide Access. Local-Level Attention.

From high-stakes litigation in Manhattan to depositions in rural Arizona, LexHD is your nationwide partner with a boutique approach. We manage every detail — scheduling, tech checks, backups, and live support — so you can focus on winning the case, not managing logistics. We bring the same white-glove professionalism to every proceeding, no matter where your clients are.

Hybrid Made Effortless. One Cohesive Experience.

Split rooms. Scattered witnesses. Multiple time zones. It doesn’t matter. LexHD specializes in merging remote and in-person environments into one seamless, synchronized experience. Our hybrid services eliminate the technical guesswork and ensure no critical moment — no facial expression, no hesitation, no objection — is missed.

Security and Compliance. Built In.

We know the stakes. That’s why our remote and hybrid systems are built with encryption, secure backups, and compliance at their core. Your recordings are protected from start to finish — stored in secure environments and delivered to you on time, every time. We understand chain-of-custody, confidentiality, and evidentiary standards — and we build around them.

You Speak. We Capture. They Listen.

You’ve prepared your case, questioned your witness, and landed your argument — now make sure it’s captured with clarity, presence, and power. LexHD makes sure your work echoes beyond the deposition room. Our team knows the rhythm and pace of legal proceedings and ensures your narrative is preserved exactly as intended. Because your voice deserves nothing less than high definition.

FAQs - Remote & Hybrid Depositions

Please reach us at office@lexhd.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

A remote deposition is conducted entirely via a virtual platform (e.g., Zoom, WebEx), where all participants — including attorneys, witnesses, court reporters, and videographers — appear from separate locations.

A hybrid deposition combines in-person and remote participation. For example, the deponent and videographer may be in a physical office, while attorneys or the court reporter appear virtually.

LexHD supports both formats with full video coverage, platform moderation, and recording safeguards.

Yes. Remote and hybrid depositions are admissible under Federal Rule 30(b)(3) and most state equivalents, provided:

  • All parties receive proper notice
  • The witness is placed under oath by a qualified officer
  • The video and audio are clear, complete, and unaltered
LexHD ensures all remote sessions meet procedural and technical standards for admissibility, including backup audio capture and redundant cloud storage.

Yes. Most jurisdictions now allow remote oath administration by a certified court reporter or notary, as long as:

  • The witness’s identity is confirmed
  • The proceedings are clearly recorded
  • All parties consent to the format
LexHD works with licensed court reporters to swear in witnesses remotely in compliance with state law, including California, New York, Texas, Florida, and others.

LexHD utilizes Zoom for Legal, WebEx, or client-preferred platforms, and provides:

  • Secure meeting hosting
  • End-to-end encryption
  • Waiting room and breakout room controls
  • Spotlighting of witnesses for optimal video capture
We also integrate redundant local recording and cloud-based backups to preserve the record with complete chain-of-custody compliance.

LexHD provides:

  • Dedicated technical support
  • Live platform monitoring
  • Auto-reconnect options
  • Redundant local recordings at multiple endpoints
If a key participant drops, we pause the proceeding, make a note on the record, and resume only once full connection integrity is restored. No part of the testimony is lost.

Absolutely. LexHD records in HD (1080p) or higher, capturing:

  • The witness’s facial expressions
  • Audio with minimal compression
  • Time-stamped video for legal presentation
Our recordings are formatted for trial playback and compatible with all litigation software. With professional lighting and audio coaching, even remote footage meets evidentiary standards.

LexHD offers multiple exhibit handling options:

  • Digital exhibit sharing via screen share or secure file transfer
  • Pre-loaded digital exhibit folders shared with the court reporter
  • LexHD moderator-led presentation, where we manage and present each exhibit live on screen
We ensure smooth presentation, page marking, and annotation capabilities in real-time — all recorded clearly on video.

Yes. LexHD can coordinate:

  • Simultaneous interpretation via dual-channel audio
  • Multiple video feeds (e.g., separate witness and attorney views)
  • Real-time captioning if required by court or ADA compliance
All features are integrated and time-coded into the final deliverables.

LexHD ensures every deposition is:

  • Encrypted end-to-end
  • Protected with meeting passcodes and waiting rooms
  • Hosted on paid, business-grade platforms
  • Monitored by a trained videographer or moderator
No third-party recordings, file access, or platform vulnerabilities are allowed. We maintain full control over the session to protect confidentiality and evidentiary integrity.

LexHD delivers all remote/hybrid deposition videos:

  • In MP4 format (or per your specifications)
  • With time-stamping, title slates, and optional transcript syncing
  • Via secure cloud transfer, encrypted drive, or physical media
Each file is thoroughly reviewed for quality, labeling accuracy, and legal formatting. Our goal is to provide you with a video record that is not only admissible — but strategic.
